Bwahahaha, someone posted this on Facebook and I had to share it.
I've used old tickets on a whim and a prayer when totally out of change before... and once I turned an old ticket upside down (I got busted for that one and got a $45 ticket). But this... THIS IS BRILLIANCE, and worth the ticket:
I want to be a trollwhen if I grow up.

Hheh I saw that too! Nice.
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome. Once I took a class at a college and it was $12/day to park - my class was two days a week for a total of 4 hours. $24/week seemed a bit steep for the quarter. So after two weeks, I just stuck one of the old tickets in the window, and let it be. Every day I drove in and the parking guy was just leaving. As I was leaving, he was on his way back. For an entire quarter, I just KNEW that I would find a ticket on my car. And everyday, there was no ticket. I was lucky. Because that university had expensive parking tickets, because you know they make nothing on tuition fees. lol
ReplyDeleteThat's a dangerous one to play. What if you don't get Lovely Rita Meter Maid? Last thing you need is them getting pissed, and calling in a bomb threat on your car. "I saw someone go under it with a box and then out again a minute later without it." Who knows what the security weenies would do?
ReplyDeleteParking is expensive here, but at least there is an app to make paying painless. Takes 10 seconds to pay for a spot at the start, and another 10 to end the session, and you get some money back.
LOL! That is awesome ... provided they're happy to pay the fine they'll no doubt be getting.
ReplyDeleteI remember I was in the city once and got a parking ticket. Ok, fine. I took the ticket off my car, got in, and my car wouldn't start. As I'm STANDING OUTSIDE MY CAR this cunt of a traffic cop (oh yes she was) gave me ANOTHER ticket. I said I already have one and I'm trying to get my car started so i can move it and she goes "not my problem". I still haven't paid it and it's from 2007.
